One of our recruitment team members will contact you to schedule a phone interview. On the call, we may ask questions about your technical skills and proficiencies, experience, and work history to determine if you are the
best candidate for the job.
For certain positions, we ask that all candidates complete an online assessment. Your recruiter will send you the link and we suggest allowing 30-45 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Tip: Find a quiet place without distractions and complete the assessment from a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience (although you may use your tablet or phone.)
You’re looking good! We liked your phone interview answers and you’ve received great marks on your assessment. Now we invite you to get to know us in-person. Our on-site interviews can last from 30 to 60 minutes. We'll use this time to learn more about you and review core skills like customer service, safety awareness, and your ability to apply what you learn in training. During your interview, you may meet with multiple managers who will ask questions related to your area of interest and how you’ve handled situations in the past. The interviewer may ask about your problem-solving skills and how you tend to respond in particular circumstances.
We know your time is valuable and we appreciate you meeting with us. After your in-person interview, we will determine if you are the best candidate for the role. Adding new team members to the Signature family is a process we take very seriously so we like to make consensus-based decisions. Please be patient with us – your recruiter will keep in touch with you when feedback has been received and decisions made.
