CSE Citation Centre (CSE) operates a Mobile Service Unit (MSU) based with its sister company Signature Flight Support providing line maintenance services for a range of aircraft including Cessna Citation and Hawker aircraft at London Luton Airport (LTN/EGGW).  The CSE MSU has been operating from Luton for five years, placing engineering capability at the location to meet a changing MRO support profile where mobile service has become more cost efficient for operators.

CSE also recently received Line Station Approval to support the Embraer 600 series aircraft. “The addition of the Embraer 600 series aircraft adds additional maintenance capabilities to the CSE MSU. Many of CSE’s customers operate the Embraer 600 series aircraft, making this capability a natural extension of our services at London Luton Airport”, stated Philip Lammiman, Managing Director, CSE. “Our customers appreciate the efficient, flexible and friendly service levels CSE MSU offers. Services available at London Luton include AOG support, Line Service and Light Scheduled Maintenance. CSE provides dependable, quality services whereby our customers have a high degree of confidence in the support at their home base. With the Embraer 600 aircraft transiting through Signature Flight Support London Luton from across Europe, the addition of these capabilities adds a convenient service at one of London’s most favored airports for business and general aviation.”

London Luton Airport provides a fast and efficient departure point for CSE MSU with frequent low cost carriers providing access to many airports in Europe. The location has aided CSE MSU in providing quick response times to UK based aircraft when they have AOG operational problems down route where rapid response is critical to the operator’s mission.

The London Luton facility, managed by Ed Griffith, Line Maintenance Manager, provides 7 days a week 12 hour per day maintenance and AOG support including all public holidays. Ed states, “It is an essential part of our operation to be available and flexible to meet customer demands and be ready to go at short notice. Customer service is the key to a successful operation and is part of our core vision and mission principles. The addition of the Embraer 600 series for AOG, Line Service and Light Scheduled Maintenance is an exciting expansion to our operation”.
